Grant of License

TEK grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use WhySlow software subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

Permitted Use

• Install and use WhySlow on your personal Mac computers
• Use the software for personal and commercial purposes
• Create backups for personal use

Restrictions

• You may not distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the software
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• You may not modify or create derivative works of the software
• You may not remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings

Free Version

The free version of WhySlow is provided "as-is" for evaluation and personal use. Some features may be limited or require a premium license.

Premium Features

Certain advanced features and functionality may require a separate paid license. Premium features are clearly marked within the application.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL TEK BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

Limitation of Liability

TEK's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the software license. TEK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software.
